BRUT-X 300CB suspension and chassis: KTM and Husqvarna compatibility

PDS, linkage, swingarms, wheels, the 25-mm rear axle and matched bodywork kits.

PDS and linkage are separate

P12 is the owner-confirmed Husqvarna 2024+ rear shock for the linkage configuration. P13 covers KTM 2024+ PDS. P14 refers to the same linkage shock family as P12. Choose the swingarm and needle-bearing/linkage assembly for the matching system; PDS and linkage parts are not direct cross-system replacements.

Forks, frame and wheels

P09–P11 are owner-confirmed identical and interchangeable. P19–P21, wheel bearings/seals, sprockets, chain and guides follow the matching KTM 2024+ configuration, reference 2026. The frame is interchangeable but different and described by the owner as slightly softer; no stiffness measurement was supplied.

Rear axle: 25 mm fits, 22 mm does not

The owner confirms 25 mm on BRUT-X 300CB and fit of KTM SX/XC 2013–2022 axle family 77710085044, including length, thread and spacers. The original KTM 450 SX-F 2022 catalog lists nut 61010086000, M25 × 1.5, bushes 77710016000 and internal tube 77710011000, 121.5 mm. That is the internal tube length, not overall axle length. Newer cataloged EXC/SX axles are 22 mm.

Bodywork and controls

Different plastics, tank and seat can be replaced together by a matching KTM 2024+ kit. Different headlight and mask likewise swap together. These confirmations do not establish individual mixed-part fitment or connector details. P63 footpegs and brake pedal are owner-confirmed compatible with the matching KTM 2024+ components.
